| Corporate Sales Executive
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
•To meet and exceed monthly sales targets
•Dealing with the companies potential clients in a courteous and timely manner
•Keeping up to date with new products and conveying these to potential clients
•Maintaining a good knowledge and understanding of company procedures and terms of business
Main Duties:
•Building and developing relationships with potential clients via telephone calls and emails
•Gaining a clear understanding of client’s needs and requirements
•Making accurate cost calculations and providing clients with competitive quotations.
•Recording sales information in detail on booking forms and client in house computer system
•Working closely with the operations department to ensure all events are delivered to the client’s expectations
•To assist in achieving all company targets
•Completing sales calls and following up sales leads
•Networking to meet new clients and to raise the profile of venues.
•Anticipating business peaks and troughs and implementing corrective action
•Must have knowledge of sales at Corporate level
Basic 16K excellent achievable target OTE 3Ok
Hours 37.5 Monday to Friday (will need to be flexible in busy periods)

| Senior Account Manager
Our client is looking for the ideal candidate to successfully lead and undertake all aspects of our clients Meetings in accordance with the companies Compliance. To manage a team in the necessary areas. To create good working relationships with clients and suppliers, together with our client Full Time and Freelance Personnel, in order to bring about the successful conclusion of each Meeting.
Item Duties
1Pre Meeting:
•The management and support of designated Meetings Team to ensure smooth running of each event in ensuring all deadlines are met.
•To concurrently lead and supervise designated Meetings Schedule
•Close liaison with all clients and VIP’s in order to understand and effectively implement their requests.
•Preparation of accurate Client Brief.
•Effectively and promptly respond to all client requests and meeting changes.
•Research appropriate venues within client compliance restrictions.
•Close liaison with suppliers/venues to ensure that the efficient management relating to all aspects of the meeting is obtained
•Understanding and management of all technical and A/V requirements.
•Preparation of client budget, in conjunction with Event Finance Department and Managing Director.
•Close control of all financial aspects of meeting in order to maximise profit and minimise costs.
•Supervise and undertake, where necessary, Delegate Database Input.
•Supervise and undertake, where necessary, Logistical Database Input.
•Logistical Database management
2On Site:
•To travel with client and delegates, when necessary.
•Successfully manage/supervise on site Conference Office, when required
•Close communication with client, ensuring all on site requests are promptly handled.
•Supervise and lead on-site staff, when required.
•Close communication with all suppliers
•To supervise all A/V requirements
3Post Meeting:
•To accurately pinpoint any challenges and effectively communicate with Meetings Team.
•Approval of all supplier invoices
•Preparation of Final Reconciliation, in close conjunction with Event Finance Department and MD
•Completion of Final Reconciliation, in close conjunction with MD
Salary £25,000 - £35,000 depending on knowledge

| New Business Development Manager
Our client is looking for a New Business Development Manager who will be part of their new business team and your key role is to create opportunities for the sales team.
The role is home based, full time flexible hours and must have the facility for home office set up.
Our client currently employ 7 full time field sales managers who cover the UK and are split into two groups within the sectors; New Business team and Account management team. This number is set to grow.

The Role
•Excellent telephone manner
•Knowledge in business development/sales either direct face to face or on the telephone (not telephone answering people)
•Good IT skills, a good understanding of Word, Excel and CRM database such as ACT which would be the main package they would be using to record activity
•Good administrative skills and organisational skills
•Ability to report on activity and success
•Ability to work alone with no direct supervision
•Ability to understand (with training) who to speak to and who to prospect for new opportunities
•A knowledge of direct marketing such as E marketing, including creating lists of potential prospects and managing email campaigns
•On a day to day basis the role would be to use the databases and information providers we subscribe to such as Glenigan to prospect for new opportunities in our chosen sectors
•The individual will also be required to attend a monthly sales meeting in Basildon and may be required to attend occasional client meetings if this is necessary. In this case travel expenses etc would be paid in the usual manner
£20,000 - £25,000 depending upon knowledge (Bonus/commission likewise)
35 Hours a Week

Expenses for any travel/accommodation etc would be paid
Training in all of the software systems and databases we use would be provided
