Senior Account Manager Our client is looking for the ideal candidate to successfully lead and undertake all aspects of our clients Meetings in accordance with the companies Compliance. To manage a team in the necessary areas. New Business Development Manager Our client is looking for a New Business Development Manager who will be part of their new business team and your key role is to create opportunities for the sales team. The role is home based, full time flexible hours and must have the facility for home office set up. Our client currently employ 7 full time field sales managers who cover the UK and are split into two groups within the sectors; New Business team and Account management team. This number is set to grow. Our client consists of 3 companies who are specialist in the 3 market sectors Architectural Office Buildings, Public buildings, Public realm Retail Retail chains, fast food chains IE Dominos Pizza, Subway, Matalan, Marks and Spencer Leisure Restaurant and Pub chains like Pizza Express and Barracuda group, STRADA, Carluccio, Cinemas, nightclubs, Bingo halls! The Role •Excellent telephone manner •Knowledge in business development/sales either direct face to face or on the telephone (not telephone answering people) •Good IT skills, a good understanding of Word, Excel and CRM database such as ACT which would be the main package they would be using to record activity •Good administrative skills and organisational skills •Ability to report on activity and success •Ability to work alone with no direct supervision •Ability to understand (with training) who to speak to and who to prospect for new opportunities •A knowledge of direct marketing such as E marketing, including creating lists of potential prospects and managing email campaigns •On a day to day basis the role would be to use the databases and information providers we subscribe to such as Glenigan to prospect for new opportunities in our chosen sectors •The individual will also be required to attend a monthly sales meeting in Basildon and may be required to attend occasional client meetings if this is necessary.
